Zanthoxylum oleoresin is the flavor substance in Zanthoxylum bungeanum obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction technology with Zanthoxylum bungeanum as raw material. Chenguang Bio's red pepper oleoresin raw materials use high-quality red pepper from Wudu, Gansu.

The product is a yellow-brown oily substance with excellent fluidity and dispersibility. It has the unique strong, rich and pure fragrance of this variety of pepper. Add appropriate amount according to production needs, mainly used to improve the numbness of the peppercorns, such as salty essence, seasoning oil, snack foods, compound seasonings, noodles, pickles, etc. The reference dosage is 0.1-2%.

There are crystalline precipitates at room temperature, which are numb-flavored ingredients, and can be dissolved when heated to 55-60°C.
